Hours & availability

  • Core hours (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. This is when we schedule workshops, test cycles, and live working sessions with your team.
  • Email & form: monitored during core hours. Inquiries received before 4:00 PM ET typically get a same-day acknowledgement; complex scopes may need a follow-up call.
  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday are closed for planned work. Weekend support is available only for existing retainer clients when explicitly written into the agreement.
  • Holidays: Quebec and Canadian statutory holidays are non-working or reduced coverage by default; any exceptions are documented per contract.
  • Global teams: we regularly overlap with US and European hours for stand-ups and reviews—tell us your anchors and we'll propose a sustainable cadence.
